Set FreeThe trumpet calls across the plains,Legions fall and rise again To fight anew the ill begotten gains Of power and greed and other things. The heart is warm where friends abide The Masters voice is tucked inside, Each voice an echo of the other Trust and love of one another The old and new point out one fact We can't turn back, we can't turn back, His death has given us the key to heaven His spirit left to guide us. Forgetting self-cast off the mask, Accept the task before you lain, Remove all doubts, He is supreme Judgment is His alone to claim. With strength renewed, His spirit in us, The unlocked doors of knowledge opened Grace abounds and through it leads The sick, the lonely, the lost like we To heights of unimagined glory. The bible tells a simple story By Faith we are indeed set free, To claim the promise from above, And live eternally with His love. |
Julia's RockerBack and forth time is spentMaking baby dolls content. |
WhimI sit me down a little whileAnd then perchance there comes a smile And there I am up again To cater to my little whim. |
InnocenceIt walks the paths of dancing leaves, free fallingLaughter on butterfly wings, With abandon, never measured, a smile of light- Pure delight fresh from God's warm embrace, A signature of trust it ensues, Love unfathomable it imbues, A baby's smile reveals it's truth, Innocence, thy name is beauty. |
SpringBehold this day and what it brings,Sunshine, Easter grass, yellow green, grown in Clusters, perfect for the nestled egg, Agile robin bent on listening to all earths faint Murmuring, Winds, not yet breezes, romp and play Then drop their plunder, when upon a gentle Creature, while swirling clouds paint Shadowed pictures on the earth, Spring is here; God is good; He's brought Her back again. |
