Oh Joyous Morn!

The snow fall softly
on the ground,
Quietly there are no sights
or sounds.

What peace serene, my
heart feel no pain
I thank "God" for times
like these, and I fall
down on my knees.

Oh! Joy deep down in
my heart,
What pleasures my
lips impart!

I thank "God" for
life and love,
and all his blessings
from above.

Unspoken Love

A walk through the park
on a breezy summer afternoon,
Holding hand with someone dear,
A candelit dinner for two,
a fleeting glance
a smile by chance.

The fragrance of honeysuckle
on the vine,
a warm embrace
a smiling face, a fire place.

Sensuous melodies played
that touch the heart and lights a spark.
Lemonade
dancing close in a dim
lit room,
sharing a ice cream sundae
smuggling and cuddling,
Just being with you!

Everyday Hero's

Everyday hero's like you
and like me...
Our greatest achievements
the world may never see,
We go about our daily lives
trying to do our best
the heavy loads we carry
no one would ever guess,
But he's not heavy
"He's my brother's is what
we would say,
the golden rule is what
we try to obey.
