I was born American in Los Angeles but I now reside in Britain. I am a lyricist/poet/singer/musician and have worked professionally both live and in the studio. I have made videos and appeared on Group W Cable. I am a single mother with a handsome son. I am an active member of "Education Otherwise," as well as a member of ISP who recently published my poems/lyrics in their anthology, "The Other Side of the Mirror." I was born with pen in hand and have been a writer of many things since I was very small. I began entertaining the public in my late teens as a singer-songwriter-guitarist.

Free to Be

Let go of your dreams and you're lost
Take charge it may seem, you're the boss
Don't live in sorrow, there's no room for pain
A person is blind when he's up in his brain.
It comes from the heart, not the soul, not the mind.
It's there from the start, it's been there all the time.
Free to lose, free to gain, free to still remain the same.
Free to run, free to be, free to live my life as me.
To give up hope is to give up fighting
To keep on trying is a bolt of lightning
Take a deep breath and search for a clue
What you see, is what's really true.
Go ahead and look inside
What's in there is what you hide
The power withheld is just to decide
Who you are and why you try
Free to capture the spirit inside
Free to run with the wild
Free to live with faith or without
That's what living is all about.

Heartfelt Memory

The world wants you to know we care
In our hearts and emotions, you'll always be there.
We hope your spirit was there to see
The amount of hearts that you set free.

It's alright to cry in this land
Open our hearts and hold another's hand.
It's alright to be honest and true
feel the pain and react like you.

Millions of people want to thank you today
For who you were and your gentle way
We thank God for putting you here
Like an Angel from heaven who had no fear.

Urged by love to do what is right
Queen of Hearts, we miss you each night.
We will follow your lead and say a prayer
And show each other, we really care.

Hope will remain as bright as your star
as real as your tragic night in that car.
The boys will remember the strength in your love
And know in their hearts, you look down from above.

Queen of hearts, a royal reminder
How life should be just a little kinder.
With a little hope and alot of grace
We could make this world a better place.
