This life is just an illusion, where we are stuck for this moment,

Lunchtime Walk

Twelve o'clock is here and I am ready for a walk,
Twenty minutes almost running around the block.
Looking at the beautiful flowering trees,
The flowers and plants each is a masterpiece.

The light wind blows the springflower petals into my hair,
All the beautiful colors and the lovely scent in the air.
It is a pleasure to pass by these gardens,
Pleasantness, beauty and harmony, and the body hardens.

With the fast walk my blood flows freely all over,
My soul flies without a stopper.
And when I get back to work, I can do my best,
All around me will be loved and blessed.
