Little Rose

You're as beautiful as a rose, from you head to your toes.
To describe you on paper, would make such perfect prose.

Your luscious blue eyes,
The color of the skies,
Light up the air
Like a dove when it flies.

Your smile is so sweet.
It makes me light on my feet.
To see your lovely face
Makes my heart increased it's beat.

As the day grows old
And the breeze blows cold,
Your hair streams like silk
The color of gold.

When I see you walking from behind,
I can't help but stare at you.
And one phrase always comes to mind,
Holy cow! What a view!

As your beauty flows, my love for you grows.
Forever you blossom like one perfect rose.

The Little Man

Who is this little man? No one knows
Him because he is never recognized
For his achievements.  He goes through
Life working his hardest to do his job the
Right way.  His boss, the medium man,
Comes by.  He walks through to look over
The little man's work.  Without a word of
Gratitude, he leaves.  The middle man soon
Returns with his boss, the big man.  "Good job,
Middle man," says the big man.  They leave.
The big man returns later with the bigger
Man.  The bigger man looks at the work
Of the little man.  "Nice job, big man,"
Says the bigger man.  They leave.  No
One ever spoke to the little man.  So,
Who is this little man? Maybe someday
We will know.
