Dreams

Our fragile dreams...
Be careful,
For one might escape
Holding on to them
Can be a handful
But letting them go
Is beyond the questioning
The warm content
That I, the dreamer
Crave
Is like holding the timeless beat
Of one perfect dream
And absorbing each moment slowly...
Slowly...to remember
Each dream
Is brought
From the edge of time
To follow the silver paths
And be more than
Impossible
Dreams are not our own
But free...
Free to wander the skies
And to settle in our minds.

Surrounded

Walk the woods
With me...
Walk gently there...
Only the silence
Will hold
The imprint
Of our passing.
