Karen Champion was born in Indiana. From a family of nine children she was always an avid writer. Karen believes that words and thoughts should never be wasted. She began writing at a very young age but did not pursue a career in her work until 1994. Karen's writing's are serious, funny, family oriented, religious, romantic and holiday spirited. She touches every part of life. She is a very warm and dedicated person in whatever she does. She enjoys writing poetry. It is in her heart and soul. She writes: To Mr. Moses Dabney, you are my poem, don't ever change. The things you say and do have inspired me to write. I truly hope that my words will embrace and keep you warm.
