A native Californian, June spent the first two years of her life in Oahu, Hawaii with her parents and a brother born in Honolulu. Later on, vacations in beautiful Hawaii inspired her poetry writing. June has contributed poems to several anthologies published by The National Library of Poetry; "American Poet's Best" anthologies by The Swordsman Publishing Company; "Poet's Corner" of the Maui News; and a poem essay feature of the Aloha Magazine. She has published one poetry collection, "Sweet Treasures of Aloha and other Poems." June, a retired school secretary, resides in Seal Beach Leisure World in Southern California. |
