Late At Night

Late at night, in darkness black as sin,
I listen hard, to hear you, when you walk in
Your key will let you through my lonely door
When late at night you're here with me once more
Yes late at night, where prying eyes can't see,
We make our plans, when you will marry me
Then love we hold will be reality!
And late at night will last eternally
People say: that they just can't believe
How one so good could possibly deceive
But idle talk is caused by jealousy
When late at night they see you're here with me
But we're taught when we first go to school
To live as him , who spoke the golden rule
Who are they to judge us wrong or right
Cause we're always together late at night
