Mississippi Queen - River Of Dreams

Drifting like a waltz is the river of dreams;
The moon high in the sky loves to touch it with beams.
We all sit by the fire voices singing;
Our paradise, the Mississippi queen.
Captains in the night know our river of dreams;
They guide beautiful sights like the old Delta Queen.
And time cannot erase music ringing;
Our paradise, the Mississippi queen.

The Clown

There's a clown in my mirror
blowing kisses at me;
She's "The Wild Irish Rose"
and she's happy and free.
I etched out the lines
on this aging old face;
Then the youth is my heart
with a smile takes her place.
She's loving and fun
wherever she goes,
On her left cheek's a note
and on her right cheek's a rose.
The most inspirational award
this is true;
From Kalamity Klowns
Clinton, Iowa's view.
I'm a "Jesus clown"
and having a ball!
And I know He will know me
when he comes to call.

Little Child By The Sea

Da-dee da-dee dumpty, da-dee da-dee dee;
God's little child by the sea.
You'd free the one inside of me.
Your twinkling eyes my heart would view;
The one, two, three you would not do.
Old Barney was your favorite friend;
You'd laugh and dance, but cry tape's end.
Old memories taught some foods are hot;
You'd cry till loving trust said not.
Clapping, laughing, cheer for me,
Da-dee da-dee dumpty, da-dee da-dee dee.
