Because of his unique, "Mathis" style voice, Jim Jordan's name and reputation in music is stirring rapidly around the Washington, DC area. Mr. Jordan is a poet, the author of numerous amounts of poems, a songwriter, and hopefully soon to be a recording artist. His repertoire consists of a wide variety of music which includes pop, gospel, classical, jazz and spirituals, all for which he has received noted acclaim. Jim has been singing and writing music for a number of years and enjoys doing so whenever time permits. Mr. Jordan is married and is a proud father and happy grandfather. Whitney Houston has expressed sincere interest in wanting to record a particular, original Christmas song featuring Mr. Jordan's grandson, Lonelle.
