J. Thomas, Jr.

Stockbridge, GA, USA

I was born in Dixie, GA (Brooks County). I am retired from the Navy and Federal Civil Service; married and the Father of two daughters. I was awarded 3 awards from The National Library of Poetry; and I am the author of two books. They are both poetry. I love to write poetry. It's very engaging. It's always a flowing euphony filled with raptures. I have traveled worldwide, I guess I had lots of time to think about writing. It has an inerrant efficacious to me.

Peachy and Bloomy

Peachy and bloomy, enraptured; an
enthralled sugary melting; a fondant:
And a radiant glutinous; like an a-
pian to its mellifluence; finger tips
Of viscid.

Peachy and bloomy; a felicity in eden
Picturesque as delineate from its nas-
cence. Venus at sunrise; incontest-
able at a pictorial sunset; under a
Starry celestial.

A peachy cherry plum that become abroached
With a leakage, that touch hearts; the
Spillage become a contiguous, persuasive, a
Pulsating bliss; an inimitable beatitude.

 The Pinnacle of
    Happiness
         It's
    Bejeweled
Peachy and bloomy.

Your Face Panaceas in Moonlight (A poem for mesmerizing dreamers)

Your face panaceas in moonlight.
And englow effervesce in sunlight.
Like a touch of meadowed efflores-
cence it's flowering in an ethereal
Of blossoms

It embellishes the enchantment of night
It makes the heart ponder feirie, and
Immensurable; or, like a hunger, that
Can never be repleted; as we go saun-
tering hand-in-hand
In enchanted

Bliss. We are imbued; as dolce en-
rapture the night, for a deity, a pana-
cea. Like a dream-boat, we are riding
Soothing waves for an entrenous twosome.

            As
 Your face panaceas
              In
         Moonlight.

Wine by the Fire on a Cold Winter Night

Wine by the fire on a cold winter night a Gelid concordant.

The snows of winter has fallen; and the
Winds are decrescent
Wildlife are
Indefatigable
In
Winter-land
Wine by the fire on a cold winter night.

Monumental snows are glaciated; and the
Valleys below are elongated
In an alabaster,
Powdery
Splendor.
Engaging winter, where polar bears are denning
And accumbented in a long
Winter sleep.

Winter's prelusory; for the translucent amber,
Gild, of autumn to a dulcify
In their joining.

As we dine epicurean, in the comforts of clover;
And bonivant on tasty
Wines.
Wine by the fire on a cold winter night as we
Amorously commingle as one in

A fervent that's
Second to

None

And the taste of
Wine by the fire on a cold winter
Night.

The Miracle of ?

The miracle of the inextirpable sunrise.
And the
The miracle of the ineffable sunset.
And the
The miracle of the beginning of things that's
Beginning to exist; nascent
The miracle of the beginning of fecund for
Man and woman, love and
Growth, together they bear
Fruits.
The miracle of bees of honey, and apiary.
Together they mell; a
Peaceful coexistence always.

The miracle of poignant, when taste is bitter/sweet.
But overcome, and overwhelm.
The miracle of drupaceous; succulence, Berry, Cherry,
Plummy, and Peachy.
The miracle of green meadows; soft white clouds;
Their beauty echoes like a sound
That echo in the far-away distance.
The undeviated accruacy of bliss.
The miracle of night and day; sunlight and dark.
The miracle of forgiveness, as it blooms like
Flowers.
The miracle of the universe; and the everlasting
Of its being.
The miracle of God given life; the sweetest of all.
