Mother

Precious are the lilies as they sit upon the land-
Glorious are the lilacs as they line beyond the sand-
Farewell to our mother as she leaves this troublesome land-
We will miss you, for there is none like you on earth to compare-
You have given so much to others-
When they were homeless you sheltered them-
When they were hungry, you fed them-
When they condemned you, you stood up with faith-
Now that you have left this troublesome earth, our Love will always
Be with you-
Yes, we will shed lots of tears because we miss you, but it won't
Compare to the tears of joy we will shed when we see you again in
God's New Kingdom-
Fore precious are the lilies as they sit upon the land-
And glorious are the lilacs as they line beyond the sand-
FAREWELL-
