Greig Walker

Alloa , UK

I was born 5th October 1975. I have two older brothers, John and Scott. I am single and living with my parents John and Valerie. I served my time as an apprentice joiner after leaving school. I enjoy a variety of activities and am always looking for new challenges as I believe life should be enjoyed to the full. I am a member of the alloa Bowmar Pipeband, the Dunfermline District accordion Band, Ashburn house Burnsclud and The International Society of Poets. I have also written poetry under the pen name wee brother. I simply write my feelings as I feel them.

Untitled

Through time and space
I seek for you
Though storm breaks
And rain does flow
My search goes on
I sail the seas
I scale the heights
I search for thee
In all thy might
Yet seas seem tame
And mountains small
When thy beauty rains
Upon my soul.

Road

Another sheep by roadside lay
Another rabbi lost its way
Another cat another car
Another child with broken heart

Untitled

As I sit and wait
The clouds go by
The troops advance
Their deadly are through out the sky
The rain descends
The country mourn
For people lost
And friendships torn
The lightning breaks
The storm tames
The dead awake
Their land reclaim
Their past repeat
Their weapons gleam
Their future set
They march once more to death again.
