I am a native of Chicago longtime prior resident of St.
Thomas, USVI. Most of my life I have been dabbling in poetry. The following
poems have been published by the National Library of Poetry. I am a Distinguished
Member of ISP and the recipient of Editor's Choice Awards for 1997 and 1998. My
poetry reflects the unique love possessed by women-their innermost hopes and unfulfilled
desires. The written words are more than verbal expressions of stories to be told;
they are deep impressions carved in the film of my soul.
A Woman's LoveA woman's love: A simmering fire that |
The Flow of Life Life commences
with an upbeat in the heart; |
| Manipulation Unmasked The currency phenomenon that has opened the vault of the world; Needles of manipulation punctures reality and forces it Reclaim collective self-esteem,and refute commercial Commence to become conversant with an intelligence, that is recognizable
in the language of the masses. We MUST TALK, COMPROMISE, AND NEGOTIATE Become what we were born to be; not what society has depicted and manipulated us to be. Remove the masks; make reparation to all parents and validate with pride, not shame; our acceptance that we are truly their superior genetic transplants.
