I WishI wish that people were more sweet.I wish that people were more neat. I wish that people were more petite. I wish that people had good smelling feet. I wish that people were less judgmental. I wish that people were less analytical. I wish that people were less political. I wish that people were less critical. I wish that in this world there would be peace. I wish that thoughts and talks of war would cease. I wish that if I traveled many places. I wish that I would see many smiling faces. |
In LoveHe was goneShe was having feelings of hopelessness and despair Her life was as empty and bare as deciduous trees are of leaves in winter she reckoned. The rainstorm was raging furiously outside As she looked out the window she could see nothing but darkness. Suddenly the phone rang! She picked it up and heard his voice Her feelings of despair and hopelessness went fleeing like deer being chased by a hunter Feelings of joy optimism and hope began to course through her veins. She was in love and her love was coming home! |
Little SnowflakeLittle Snowflake, you are a sight to see,You make my heart skip with joy and glee. I like to watch you swirl and twirl and go round round, Until you come to rest gently up on the ground. Little Snowflake, I'm glad you came to visit us today. Because of you, my friends and I got to go outside and play. We rode a sled down a snow-covered hill, And you could hear much laughter which was loud and shrill. Please come to visit us again soon Little Snowflake, Until then, into my memory, visions of your beauty I'll take, As I watch you swirl and twirl and go round and round, Until you come to rest gently upon the ground. |
Possessed By DemonsHer whole being felt tortured and drained,Oh why do these demons prey upon her night and day? Eating away at her soul and her energy, Until she feels like a lifeless, wilted leaf and wanting to die. Although she longs for joy, peace, and contentment in her life, The demons eventually overtake her. She loses the battle and dies. |
