Where Is VirtueI wonder as I ponder the wild blue yonder,Why I squander my thoughts and dreams. Can it be that my memory span is too short, That it can't take the load and must abort? I ask myself why this must be in this land of liberty? In this land of chance and change, where is virtue? Virtue is here and must be sought By all with careful thought. Virtue must be protected at all costs, By every person in this nation; And in each succeeding generation. |
ContrastWhat is life? Full of strife!Does woe keep you on the go; Or does it drive you low? Do dreams go with teens? Does love come from above? Does life pass you bye? Does abundant living come from giving? Will sharing demonstrate your caring? Will thinking help your lot; Or will emotion bring devotion? Will strife get you down? Or will love hold the reigns: And keep you from tearful pains? What is life? Full of strife. |
HarmonyIsn't it striking to think of our universeAs a structure that is not diverse? There are climate, ecology, solar energy and biology, All working together to form A perfect haven For mankind to live in. The problem is that Mankind is out of touch With the natural forces That would aid his action courses. Mankind has to come to grips with ecology, If he plans to survive In harmony with biology. Man remember there is room for all If you plan aright; And allow each of the species To settle his own plight; With the help of Him In arranging what is right. Our Universe is not manmade; Man is the converse. Our time clock is running out While man has a great deal to think about. |
