TreasuresYou may think a treasureIs just gold in a pot But it can be anything That to you means a lot It can be a person or it can be a book It can be almost anything Just open your eyes and look A treasure can be big or it can be small It doesn't have to be Anything material at all It can be a feeling or a thought in your mind But any treasure at all Is sure to be one of a kind Because we all are different Our treasures would be to What means the world to me May mean nothing to you They're a special kind of something That maybe you cannot see But a treasure is a treasure Whatever it might be. |
A Mother's PrayerHeavenly FatherSo full of love and grace Bless my son's cute little face Bless his hair and that little curl He's the cutest in the world Bless his hands that are so small Bless the way that he plays ball Bless his feet that like to run And bless the way that he has fun Bless his kisses that are so sweet Just bless my son from his head to his feet. |
Through My WindowThrough my window I seeA beautiful blooming dogwood tree I sit alone in a solemn gaze As flowers of all colors unfold This is one of the most beautiful days The sun is shining like a pot of gold The trees have turned a lovely green And believe me that's not all There are more sights that remain to be seen Because spring is the beautifulest season of all. |
