The Easiest Way Out?

You must strive for perfection though it's out of reach.
You must strive for perfection in each kid you teach.
If you're always looking forward to the best you can do.
No one can pop your bubble or ask" are you through"?
You must strive for perfection even if there's no way.
If you strive for perfection you can be proud of each day.
The easiest way out is the hardest to live with.
The easiest way out is no way to go.
The easiest way out may look real easy.
But you find much more troubles down the easy road.
You must live life to the fullest each and every day.
And don't forget the man above and give him proper praise.
We are all only here for such a short while.
Remember a mood can be changed with just a smile.
The hardest thing to live with is the easiest way out.
if you always give life your best,
you'll never have any doubt.

My Sweet Little Farm

I've got everything a man could ever ask.
Except that sweet little farm with flowing green grass.
With trees from Aspen all the way to Willows.
A big barn a little pond and a house with goose down pillows
I'll own every blade of grass every single rock.
I can even dig a hole and say that's even mine,
that space that's actually not.
The barn will be painted red even if it's leaning to one side
The pond will be a perfect place for only fish to thrive.
The goose down pillows will need to be cleaned.
I hope that I can muster.
All my speed and all of my power because,
it's hard to get the geese in the washer.

Shortenings

It started with of course I will.
And was shortened to all right.
But now the next few shortenings.
Would be like a bird going out of sight.
We looked for the fewer letters.
To answer a question or a test.
Then we ended up with just three, our now immortal yes.
but it seems even that will change.
Even though it's hard to do.
Our once easy three has been cut down to two.
OK is a well used term, we hear it everyday.
But that wasn't easy enough. now we're just down to K.
K, a single letter to explain so very much.
I hope it does not shrink again.
It will be out of minds grasp and touch.
