I believed God has given us all a talent and mine is the wisdom to speak and write poetry to help teach his holy word. The words of a poet are sacred, because their meaning can trancend language and time.

A Woman Desires A Man

A woman wants a man who is 21 plus.
A woman in his life is a definite must.
He must release the apron string,
He must outgrow the childhood gang.
By every mean, he should know his masculine.
In every aspect of his life-celebrate his manhood,
Looking far, near and around for a sister from the hood.
Because he reaches 50, 60, 70 or more,
Does not mean life always has ones desires in store.
But life begins at 40 and with help from above,
One can be naughty at 80 and give a little love.

God Sent us a Savior

If our greatest need were money,
God would have sent a banker.
If our greatest need were pleasure and fun,
God would have sent us an entertainer.
If our greatest need were food,
God would have sent us a chef and farmer.
If our greatest need were education,
God would have sent us an educator.
God looked beyond our needs and into our sin sick soul.
He sent us a Savior to behold.

What A Man Wants And Needs

A lady-like and mature woman
Who can feel, see, hear and understand
Not only his needs but his dreams.
Arms full of all the strength to embrace
His inner feelings body and soul.
A voice that knows his name and his name alone.
Hands that are soft and clean-warm to be held and to hold.
A face with a true smile, brighter than the sun.
And let God provide the space-with room for the both
Of us to grow as one.
