I began writing poetry when I was a teenager. I had poetry classes in my school, Institute Edison. My father was the late Professor Jose Ardwin. He lectured in many universities in this country. He had many English books in all of the schools in Havana. I am an active member of the Jehovah's Witnesses. I published a book of poems by the name, "Spiritual Poems and Thoughts to Lift Your Soul." I am a member of the Best Achievements In Poetry (a great honor). I think writing poetry gives me the opportunity to share my beliefs with people, and the pleasure and satisfaction of a work well done—my goal accomplished. |
