My Sorrowful Heart

My heart is full in these days of strife
When thoughts not voiced are like a sharp knife!
My sorrowful heart is full of despair
The cuts are deep, will never repair!

I wonder why each day and night
My sorrowful heart has no respite.
"Tis true I pray to God above
"Fill me with love, fill me with Love."

My heart is full, so full of Love
The thoughts are voiced, but not like a Dove.
So each day my sorrowful heart
Sinks down to the valley, without words to impart!

Sometimes I wonder
What happens to Love,
So scorned and abolished
Given to us by God above.

Kookie Bells

Mix one cup of Love
With 1/2 cup of Dove
Sprinkle in some laughter
And you'll have some Kookie Bells!

The throw in a few chopped nuts
Along with flowers and Leggs,
And you'll see the finished product
In a wedding gown with pegs.

Now scoop a few more kisses
In between all the mega bucks,
And you'll analyze this recipe
Why the Kookie Bells become Mrs!

So---away you must go
With your beau on your arm---
And guest will all swarm
With rice bags for charms!

Sweet Music

How beautiful the sounds
Of music in your ears;
It makes you dance, & sing, & hear
All the grandeur of the years.

Just listen to that Tuba
And Violin strings so sweet;
It brings memories to many
Who recall dancing in the street!

So climb upon the bandwagon
Of memories young & old;
It may help all music lovers
To put sweet music in life's mold!

Sweet music, oh sweet music
How grand the tunes all sound,
Just listen to those different songs
And know they're all profound!
