A Quiet ReposeThe majestic mountain's calls out to my sensitive soul."Come home, come home, come "please"! console". Hear the stories of the days of old. Some stories humble, some stories bold. Hear about the forgotten lore of pioneer's centuries past! Their hopes, their dreams, their hard won tasks. Of building a nation on honesty, integrity, faith and love. Has all been disregarded like a worn out glove. "Walk down my trail's the pioneers once tread." "With loyal compassion now long time dead!" "Their love for God and Country and humanity they shared!" "Still to this day their brand of leadership remains uncompared. See where many tall strong trees once stood. Now destroyed and gone! "Caused by nothing good!" Like reposed promises made centuries past them the future has forgotten" "But their stumps remain for us all to see both charred and rotten. | Freedom Cries"A magnificent crown of corn flower-blue.""Holds beneath it in its realm. Our priceless Freedom" "Now, condemned with vicious rue!" "Once proudly fought for some lives maimed and countless taken!" "All for our grand old flag; (Old Glory) now shame fully forsaken!" "The spirit of our great nation." "Soars gracefully overhead so free and proud." "Crying down tears of aggravation!" "Trumpeting a warning that our elected leaders talk in riddles about old Glory with a (can't read the next word) "Their are those of us who loyally love our nations symbol our grand old flag Old Glory." "As she waves with honor, dignity, and pride proclaiming our countries pre-eminent story!" "Those of us who want to preserve our Fatherlands Heritage!" "Must," "all stand side by side together and assert our prestige!" "Against the transgressor who would allow the demise! of our nations might!" "We must stand tall", "proud together and protect our constitutional rights!" "I fare want to keep our freedom as it was intended; "By our forefathers as it was amended!" "For United we are strong and conquer, Divided we are weak and fall!" "Lets march forth to freedom drummer, save our flag and need the call." "Given by the courageous spirit of our nation the great bald eagle!" "Lets show our loyal love of God and country and preserve our nations heritage so right" | A White Christmas'Twas the night before christmas. With a blanket of white. That covered the earth all through the night. The trees sparkled like diamonds. With a glitter so bright. That each little twinkle made its own christmas light. A hope and a prayer a white christmas would be. Awaiting the dawn so all could see. The beauty and joy a white christmas does bring. To the holiday season as carolers sing. For twas the night before Christmas. God answered your prayer. With a blanket of white. Placed with God's loving care." | referRockDavidsonRock Him family RockDavidson Davidson location RockDavidson Las Vegas Nevada USA image RockDavidson 2277.jpg copy RockDavidson 1997 Rock Davidson Biographical Data: College athlete - Football, Basketball, Track; Taxidermist, Marine officer - Korea, Vietnam; Back Country Glide - White Water, Wilderness, Cross Country Ski; Artist - water color, oil, pin (can't read this part) ink, (can't read this part), wood black, steel, bronze; Foundry Owner - Art castings; Deputy Sheriff; Poet. | A Christmas SaluteThe setting sun, with it's hueful glowit set for some, so long ago. It was far away, that place they went they stood the line, are yet unbent. While time has passed, should our memory wane but remember now, less they passed in vain. They did for us, what they had to do for God and Country, for me and you. Life goes on, as we know it must but what they gave, shall stand in trust. Night stalks the land, with stars so bright wherever you are, remember their might. The numerous brave, gave so much for you will never see, our star shine through. Dance and sing, while you deck the halls with glowing lights, and sparkling balls. Enjoy the feast, that's yours this day but remember those, who've paid the way. |
