Born on 6/21/66 and raised in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Carl Richard Nicolas graduated from high school at American Academy in Haiti. He came to the United States (the dream nation, where the sky is the limit--the land of opportunities) in 1985 and attended Miami Dade Community College from 1987-1989 and also attended Briar Cliffe College from 1989-1991. He is a certified interpreter and works for several law firms and interpretation agencies such as Clear Communication Company. He provides interpretation in French, English, Spanish (some) and Creole for traffic violations, trials, depositions, conventions, etc. He received an Editor's Choice Award from The National Library of Poetry in 95-96 for his contribution of several poems being published in different anthologies. He has received a Leadership Award from Clear Comm., was on the Dean's List for two years at Briar Cliffe College, received a scholarship award; and his poetry is also being published by Quill Books and Poetry Guild. Carl says, "my poetry is set to touch the life of every single human being on Earth. It's a matter of time before the world becomes impressed with the legend that I am." |
The Way To A Woman's HeartThe way to a woman's heart is not an easy task, it usually involves thestrategy of a "connoisseur," the master of the game, because the art of knowing women is to know their soul. First, you have to approach by browsing with her, with the mission to find out what she has her heart set on, watch her reactions, learn her body language, concentrate on what she says. You should reveal to her that you would go to the most remote corners of the world just to please her. You must make clear to her that you want to be part of her wildest dreams. Always be sincere about things that reflect your inner values, because the more she knows you, the more confident she becomes. You must persuade her that you are ready to compromise, and you definitely won't settle for anything less than a pure commitment, as unique as your love for her, and only then, that perplexing creature will be yours forever. |
