Grain of Sand

If God could see
This grain of sand
I know he lives
In every land
My heart goes out
To rich and poor
The ones that are
The ones that were
If you should know
Just why I write
It’s just for God
To show his might

David: Warrior and King

In Israel
The angels dwell
And here I’m told
The men are bold
The cannons roar
The eagles soar
And God lives here
For evermore
With Davids sling
Begun a thing
That throughout history
Praises sing
In hoc signo uinces

The Ships at Sea

As the ships
Assail at sea
Conquer every majesty
Is it not this majesty
That puts
The ships
Assail at sea
Mighty art for
Poets eyes
Though I look
I’ll not wonder why
As the ships
Assail at sea
Conquer every majesty
