Hello. My name is Adaeze Ubawike, I was born on November 27,1984 at North Central Bronx Hospital in New York. My parents are Eugene and Charity Ubawike, They come from Nigeria. My father got his degrees from New York and my mother got hers from Nigeria. I have two brothers and two sisters. I am the oldest of them all. I go to Sacred Heart Middle School in Bronx. I am in the seventh grade. I am also in the Sacred Heart Middle School gifted program which is called the Aspire program and in the St. Aloysius Education Clinic gifted program in Manhattan. My hobbies are bike riding, dancing, listening to music, and making friendship bracelets, In my spare time I read and write stories especially poetry. In my future years I am hoping to become a pediatrician. My philosophy: God governs the world but prayer governs God.

Life

The most beautiful thing in the world is life;
some men think that it is their wife.

Life is so delicate and soft
it seems like its going aloft.

It passes by
while people did and cry.

Some people have no shelter for which to stay
So they stay in the cold for the entire day.

Life is like zest
for people who do their very best.

For the homeless and poor
life is a bore.

Life is waiting for you to explore
all you have to do is go out the door.

There's no time to lose,
not even for a snooze,

Enjoy your life,
don't end it with a knife.

Keep a strong hold
and get old.

Flowers

Flowers are so delicate and sweet,
they're just like a little treat.

Flowers are a sign of life;
You can always give them to your wife.

Flowers give you a hint of spring,
that make birds want to sing.

Flowers make anybody feel happy,
Even your dear old pappy.

Flowers also make the earth look nice
Enjoy them and have a bowl of rice.

Flowers are gifts of nature,
So let's have them nurture.
