I have been a poet for as long as I can remember. I find inspiration in the journeys of my fellow Jamaicans such as Bob Marley, Louise Bennet Coverly(miss lou), Marcus Garvey among others who have utilized language to connect on a universal level with individuals across time and space.Poetry is my humble attempt to follow in the footsteps of these eminent figures. I have several published works and have won editor's choice awards from the International library of Poetry in 2004 and 2007. I have also performed in a number of poetry "open mics" in Toronto. When i am not writing, reading or performing I enjoy the natural poetry of life
