The Taliban go to a school in Peshawar
The Boko Bunkheads to Potiskum
Shooting students at learning to death
Slashing, stabbing, cutting and maiming
Boys, girls less than ten and teens
Splattering blood across desks and on white pages
Pock-marking walls and burning teachers
How the children must have screamed in horror!
Pieces of bone, brain and sinew on floors
How the young ones  scampered in fear
Leaving behind blood stained shoes
But when they are alone on their bed at night
Do the Taliban have nightmares?
Or do the Boko Haramites sleep like babies?
Do the saintly ghosts of these innocents,
Ever Haunt their dreams or contort their thoughts?
Do they see the innocent stares of these youngish ones
Harmless, defenseless, unconcerned with the world?
Does the sound of the children at play
On swings and on sliding plastic toys
Ever haunt the existence of these ghoulish souls?
Who in the name of Allah the merciful
Are totally bereft of kindness and pity
Do these calloused ones, when alone at night
Experience the ghosts of the young immortals?
Tell me how one not mad, demented, on the edge
Having just massacred the innocents
Hands a-drip in blood, feet knee deep in gore,
Could have a wink of sleep at night?
You have murdered sleep itself
How must you not toss and turn?
Aye, even though they sleep at night
The real eternal nightmare begins for these
When at last they meet their maker.

some where hehold the hills of grass, some where hehold the waters you sit. i know your out there but nor have i met you yet. staring up high at the clouds i say to my self he awaits for need of saving my love. The wind speaks that im a fool but i know my heart is true. With the bird's song and the bee's rhyme i promise i'll find you sometime. With the hidden black i keep love on track. If i shall never walk with you then where i lie is where i die. Crazy as i for loving such a truth but lie how could i ever? with a whisper of the wind i know your their maybe one day you'll be here tell then i'll wait my dear.
