Drops of tears fall silently
Moistening the earth beneath your feet
Your mouth is dry, your mind's in a haze
And voices of comfort sound like deceit
They say time will heal, this is just a phase
All will clear eventually
But how to go through each day you ask
When it takes time for time to pass
My advice is to face the pain
When teardrops stop, it will be smiles you gain
