I'm lying here thinking of you
in the sweet California sunshine,
and each second the sun forcefully toasts me
is another memory of your face
burning with desire.
\The balmy California breezes wash over me,
as waves of happiness
accompany the ebb and flow of the Pacific.
\The way you make me feel
is reminiscent of these long California days--
invigorated, intoxicated, indulgent,
immortal, and sun-drenched.
And as I bask in the contentment of it all,
I think of you, glowing.
And while I am reclining in thick trenches
of California air
I rest assured that you are creating your own glow,
and I count the minutes until I can
experience such radiance.
