They are valiant, courteous and loyal-
They are our true knights in shining armour!
For liberty, protection and rights they stand-
For liberty, protection and rights they fight.
Once they kiss their loved ones behind-
Their life is for the mission they stand.
They guard our land, our lives, our honour-
They are truly our kingdom protectors.
They free us from tyrants, fanatics and foes-
They are surely our beloved deliverers.
\They buckle their sleep, their trials and fears,
They laugh off their pains, their losses and tears.
No time to think of their loved ones;their own-
One thought to save the lives they have sworn.
They live for the day; the best they can give-
For morrow is in the hands of the Lord.
Some are saved and some are scarred,
Some are titled ' martyrs ' of the countries served
Oh what a life of our dear beloved soldiers!
Oh what a life for our self sacrificial soldiers!!
