My eight hour sleep comes to an end
I wake up to see the snow out my window
I run downstairs in my pj's
Hearing school is cancelled
Made me smile
Listening closely to cheering children
I grab my snow gear.
Running outside to join my friends
Its like a winter wonder land
Tears stream down my cheeks frozen with joy
Snowball wars
Noses that are red
The day comes to an end.
To running inside for warm hot chocolate.
Around a cozy fire.
With a family full of laughter we sit.
