You Reap what you Sow

Sitting inside of a pumpkin shell
never helped me very well. Locking
the world outside my life, did not
remove my pain and strife. Fear of
failure bound my wings, so that I
never tried anything. Sitting here
with my coffee cup, wondering if
things will ever look up. Asking
God for one more chance, to change
my life and circumstance. It
amazes me he loves me so, my life
so worthless now grown old. I wish
so much I had went outside, opened
a window--released my pride.
Experienced life and tried new
things. This is a warning to those
who read, do not hide--plant your
seed. Its better to harvest a
planted field than lose the farm
cause you chose to yield.
