You smile so tenderly
You spoke so softly

You stood so tall

But, you never made me feel small

Quiet, quiet, giant you were
It was like you could read my mind

You left wonderful memories behind

You had pride

But, moreover you possessed humility

You possessed integrity

An inner strength

Ability and vulnerability

Kindness and Forgiveness

Your outstanding qualities were rated among the best

quiet, quiet giant you were

We loved for years

Then, you said good night to me

Your smile was as sweet as it could be

You loved life

I was happy and proud to be your wife

I miss you, Quiet, quiet giant you were.
