the pen"s poem
a poem for the sun set scene
it"s rays vanishing from the sand
and from the moving water so clean
gifting a smooth sensation to my hand
a poem for the breeze so smooth and swift
hiting my soul and taking it as a friend
gifting an experience of never ending drift
with no starting and with no end
a poem for the smiles on the faces
on those who read it and enjoy it
gifting a piece for the world"s chase
so smile and enjoy it"s every bit
it"s rays vanishing from the sand
and from the moving water so clean
gifting a smooth sensation to my hand
a poem for the breeze so smooth and swift
hiting my soul and taking it as a friend
gifting an experience of never ending drift
with no starting and with no end
a poem for the smiles on the faces
on those who read it and enjoy it
gifting a piece for the world"s chase
so smile and enjoy it"s every bit

You clearly have a good grasp of rhythm and rhyme (although the rhymes are in places predictable), but I don't feel any emotional link to the words from you, or for me.
Also, "its" is possessive, "it's" is a contraction of "it is"
