If it's not for amazing grace
What will happen to the human race?
\Nothing but lost humanity
Wandering in the vast sea of iniquity
\It's a gift we don't even deserve
A wonderful gift we must always preserve
\Given only by Christ the Almighty
Who paid for it dearly at bloody Calvary
\It's this grace that leads believers to eternity
Which abounds with joy, peace and humility
\A place free from pain and sorrow
The perpetual resting place for tomorrow
Where Enoch, Elijah, Virgin Mary, Peter, Paul and others
Are our loving and friendly neighbors
\Accept now this free gift through faith
Before it is too late
\For you will be a hopeless case
If you reject God's amazing grace
