Evolving to Each Grade

When I started first grade,
I was scared the first day.
But the friends that I made,
helped the fright go away.
The new teacher I got,
was the nicest I must say.
She helped me a lot
I hope to get an A.
As the years went by,
the work got much harder.
I got so much older,
But I also got smarter.
I love school because,
I can learn so much.
Especially when it comes to art,
I have a magical touch.
Elementary School is almost over,
I am evolving and getting much older.
So Middle School here I come,
I'm sure I'm going to have a lot of fun.
