Please furnish a typewritten or very
neatly handwritten manuscript. Only use capital letters
where you intend them to be. Number all illustrations
and show their position. Use notes where appropriate.
Sorry, we cannot accept manuscripts in foreign languages.
Disks
You will receive a $10 discount if you include a usable
diskette or CD.
Disks must contain all poems in one file (preferably an MS Word
document), in the order you want them to be in your book. Artwork
should be in separate files, and must be in .tif or .eps format
with its placement indicated within the book itself.
You must include a hard (printed) copy with your disk.
Proofs
About 14 to 16 weeks after we receive your order, you
will receive a galley proof of your entire book and
cover for final approval. Please carefully review your
proof, make any appropriate changes on the proof itself
and return it for final printing. The entire process
from original manuscript to finished book takes about
24 weeks.
Please specify payment information
in the Step 5 section on your Book Design/Order Form
You may pay the full amount in one installment or one half
with your manuscript and the remaining half when you
return your Final Proof to us. Payment must be in U.S. dollars.
